Das Endergebnis ist gleich wie bei einer Allergie, aber der Mechanismus ist ein anderer. Es kommt zu direkter, nicht vom Immunsystem gesteuerter Degranulation der Mastzellen und Histamin- Ausschüttung. Viele Nahrungsmittelallergien sind Intoleranzen!
