Current situation in Poland

Slightly allergenic nettle pollen is still observed in high concentrations in Poland, but it will be decreased. he concentration of mugwort, plantain, grass pollen is definitely low. Ragweed exposure is noted in some days, as a result of the local sources and the long distance transport. 

The concentrations of Alternaria is medium, while the concentration of Cladosporium spores is still high, especialy in the southern part of Poland.
