De surveillance van het stuifmeel en de schimmelsporen van de lucht gebeurt in België door de dienst Mycologie & Aerobiologie van het federaal onderzoekscentrum Sciensano. Het surveillancenet bestaat sinds 1974 en omvat momenteel vijf inzamelposten verspreid over het land.
Gedurende het bloeiseizoen vindt u op de website www.airallergy.be:
- een dagelijkse update van de situatie in Brussel voor de belangrijkste allergene stuifmeelsoorten en schimmelsporen.
- een wekelijkse update van de situatie in de vijf inzamelstations.
